Johan Borelius is the Managing Director and Founder of Nova Verde Group, an international real estate development platform focused on delivering attainable, high quality housing through disciplined execution, scalable structures, and sustainable development strategies.

With more than two decades of experience across real estate development, investment structuring, and platform building in Europe and the United States, Johan has led projects from land acquisition and structuring through execution and exit. His focus is on speed, capital efficiency, and predictable delivery.

Nova Verde Group operates through a holding and SPV based structure and applies the proprietary building methodology, enabling rapid construction, reduced risk, and consistent quality.

Based in Sweden, Johan operates internationally with a strong presence in Spain and the United States, overseeing strategy, capital alignment, and execution across all markets.
